Magnolia leaf scarf: free pattern

Are you looking for a fun lace crochet scarf to make? Then give this crochet scarf a try. Even though it’s made in my favourite shade of green (emerald!), I’ve named the pattern after the magnolias that are currently in full bloom. The pattern of my scarf reminds me of their leaves. That’s reason enough, or so I think.

Houd je van kant haken en zou je weleens een mooie kantsjaal willen maken? Dan is mijn sjaal misschien wel leuk om te maken. Hoewel ik deze kantsjaal haakte in mijn favoriete kleur groen (smaragdgroen) heb ik het patroon vernoemd naar de magnolia’s die nu overal zo mooi in bloei staan. Het patroon doet me namelijk denken aan de bladeren van de magnolia. Reden genoeg toch?

• Je werk opspannen is echt essentieel bij deze sjaal. Het zorgt voor een mooie steekverdeling en geeft een heel luxe afwerking. Opspannen is niet moeilijk. Ik leg het uit in dit artikel.
